The Scope of work for the Consultancy shall comprise of:

  • Provide break/fix support service.
  • Provide a Dedicated engineer to visit the customer at least three times a week to respond to any user issues.
  • Support on Firmware update for printers and scanners during preventive maintenance.
  • Perform Patch updates installation and management of servers and computers.
  • Managed ICT services for the devices listed in the appendices.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance services quarterly for all ICT Infrastructure (quarterly) Devices.
  • Perform cybersecurity vulnerability assessment and security assessments posture biannually and provide the report for the same.
  • Maintain a record of all maintenance works undertaken within the agreements period.
  • Perform a comprehensive assessment of the customers infrastructure biannually.
