The Scope of work for the Consultancy shall comprise of:
- Provide break/fix support service.
- Provide a Dedicated engineer to visit the customer at least three times a week to respond to any user issues.
- Support on Firmware update for printers and scanners during preventive maintenance.
- Perform Patch updates installation and management of servers and computers.
- Managed ICT services for the devices listed in the appendices.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance services quarterly for all ICT Infrastructure (quarterly) Devices.
- Perform cybersecurity vulnerability assessment and security assessments posture biannually and provide the report for the same.
- Maintain a record of all maintenance works undertaken within the agreements period.
- Perform a comprehensive assessment of the customers infrastructure biannually.
