Anna-Maria Shija joined TMRC in March 2013 from NBC where she worked for four years, heading the Wholesale Credit Risk and Compliance and Risk and Control Units. She has seven years’ experience in Auditing and Credit Risk Management. Anna Maria worked with Deloitte and Touché as Audit Senior and NBC as Head of Wholesale Credit Risk and Compliance and Risk and Control Units.

Ms. Shija holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accountancy from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania (NBAA).
