Ms. Olympia J. Nangela is a Lawyer, certified Human Resources executive, corporate communications strategist, and leadership mentor with extensive experience across financial, private, non-governmental and multinational sectors. She joined TMRC from Kickstart International Incorporation, where she headed the Human Resources and Operations department in Tanzania.
Olympia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MScHRM) from Mzumbe University, a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B Hons) from Tumaini University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is also a certified Board Director and Professional Leadership Mentor, having completed Programme at ESAMI, equipping her to contribute at the highest levels of strategic leadership and board governance.
Since joining TMRC, Olympia has strategically applied her multidisciplinary expertise to provide visionary leadership in human capital management, corporate governance and organizational transformation, driving compliance, stakeholder engagement, high-performance cultures and sustainable practices. By integrating her legal expertise with HR strategy and strategic communications, she has successfully mentored emerging leaders and facilitated executive education programs, aspiring to transform organizations, elevate professional standards, enhance overall company performance, and advance Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
