Joseph Mrawa has joined Tanzania Mortgage Refinancing Company (TMRC) in November 2024 as Chief Finance Officer. Joseph is an accomplished finance professional with over 13 years of experience in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic planning. 

Joining TMRC, he leads the finance and treasury team, focusing on financial oversight, funding, and investment. Previously, he held senior roles at FINCA Microfinance Bank, Absa Bank (T) Limited, and Exim Bank, gaining expertise in regulatory reporting, taxation, and business analytics. Joseph holds an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Dare es salaam. He is also a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and Certified Public Accountant (ACPA).
